Stacey is a true travel concierge. After booking my family on a cruise that fit our exact specifications: dates, locations, and price, the cruise line canceled the ship a month and a half out! With our daughters’ college spring break limiting our dates we couldn’t find anything comparable to our original package. Stacey took the time to listen to the key features we desired and found an all-inclusive solution for the same price, which will be an even more prestigious experience.

“My husband and I originally had a relatively modest trip to Rome booked back in March of 2020 that we were SO excited for as neither of us had ever been to Italy. Well, that was March of 2020 so you can probably tell where this story is going. Fast forward 4 years and we decided to try our trip again, but this time we wanted to go big or go home. So we decided to enlist the help of Jess Rosen - who also happened to be the amazing realtor that helped us buy our new, beautiful home as a newly married couple. To say that Jess did a great job planning our Italian getaway is a drastic understatement. Not only did she ask the right questions leading up so that she could recommend the right regions and experiences that would fit both my husband and my interests, she handled literally everything - including a few rounds of changes to the itinerary due to my pickiness. And she did it all with an amazing attitude and in such a timely manner. Well the time finally came for us to leave on our much-anticipated Italian getaway and of course - Hurricane Milton comes to ruin everyone’s plans. I was in panic mode, nearly resorting to the belief that our trip would be cancelled yet again. But Jess - even though she was located in the THICK of hurricane Milton - did everything she could to help us move plans around and communicate with the Italian tour operators and hotel staff. We did eventually get to Italy, and it was the best vacation I’ve had thus far in my life. My husband and I were relieved to have everything previously booked and handled for us, and on days where we did have free time, Jess - being very familiar with Rome and other parts of Italy that we had visited - was able to give us expert recommendations on places to eat and things to see. I have zero complaints - only praises to give Jess. She did a fantastic job and I would recommend her to anyone looking to book a once in a lifetime vacation.
